Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Ultrasound Cameras

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Three Factory New Ultrasound Apparatus. As Part Of The Order, The Contracting Instructions Of The Employer Personnel In The Field Of Launching, Operating, Operating And Maintenance Of The Supplied Medical Equipment At The Place Of Installation Of The Device Should Be Carried Out, Within The Time Limit Provided For The Performance Of The Order. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Minimum Requirements, Functionalities And Parameters That Ultrasound Apparatus Must Be Met In A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes In Swz Content, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To The Inquiries Of Contractors. 3. In Addition, The Employer Informs That As Part Of This Procedure, It Provides For The Transfer In The Settlement Of The Previously Used Ultrasound Apparatus, Whose Technical Parameters Have Been Specified In Detail In The Documentation Of The Procedure, I.E. Annex 2 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Enables The Contractor To Inspect The Equipment Offered In The Settlement. Inspection May Take Place Within The Date Agreed By The Parties. The Purpose Of The Inspection Is To Assess The Technical Condition Of The Equipment And Its Suitability For Settlement. 4. The Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Contractual Provisions, Which Are Annex 5 To Swz5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New. It Cannot Be An Exhibition, Demonstration Or Recondient Commodity. It Must Be Free From All Defects - Both Factory And Legal. It Should Be Functional And Complete, And Therefore Ready To Be Used After Installing For Its Intended Purpose, Without Having To Bear Additional Investments Or The Purchase Of Elements And Accessories On The Contracting Authority. 6. The Provided Medical Equipment Must Have All Current Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Markings And Documents Required By Law, Confirming Admission To The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 April 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1620, As Amended), As Well As Meet Other Requirements, Among Others Standards And Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 1 To Swz. Ultrasound Apparatus Must Be Approved For Trading On The Polish Market, In Accordance With Applicable Law. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Compatible With Applicable Regulations And Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards Transferring European Harmonized Standards Or - In The Absence Of Them - European Technical Approvals, Common Technical Specifications, Polish Standards Transferring European Standards, Polish Standards Introducing International Norms, Polish Norms, Polish Technical Approvals. 8.
