Tenders are invited for Completion of 1no 6unit Classroom Block Closing Date: 03rd September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Completion of 1no 6unit classroom block Additional Information: The Bodi District Assembly has received funds from the District Assemblies Common Fund and intends to apply part for the construction of the under listed projects. It is in view of this that the Assembly invites eligible Tenders for the execution of the contracts for which this invitation is issued. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) as amended and in the Guideline of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2. Tenders must be accompanied by the following valid statutory documents; Valid SSNIT certificate, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate Labour Certificate Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate Valid Registrar General Certificate (with current annual receipt) Tender Security of 2% of the total Tender price. Power of Attorney (if any) Business operating permit from the Assembly. 3. A complete set of documents in English may be inspected and purchased by Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the Address provided below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) at the Procurement Unit of the Bodi District Assembly, between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm (local time) Mondays to Fridays, National holidays excluded. 4. Sealed Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the District Assembly Conference Hall on or before 10:00am (Local Time) on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025. Tenders shall be opened at the District Assemblys Conference Hall in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00am the same day on 3rd September 2025. Late tenders shall not be accepted. 5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. 6.
