Expression of Interest for Validation NUSAF Trigger Based Early Drought Response. Publication Date: 08/21/2025 12:00 AM EDT EOI Deadline: 08/28/2025 11:59 PM EDT Description: This consultancy seeks to undertake technical assessment of the proposed drought trigger mechanism and trigger thresholds, and to propose appropriate adjustments to the monitoring window and or trigger thresholds at district or subcounty level for scaling up the LIPW in early response to drought in 21 selected districts across northern Uganda. These include Karamoja (Abim, Kaabong, Kotido, Moroto, Nakapiripirit, Napak, Nabilatuk, Amudat), Acholi (Agago, Amuru, Kitgum, Lamwo, Nwoya, Pader); Lango (Alebtong, Otuke); and West Nile (Adjumani, Arua Moyo, Pakwach, Yumbe).
