    Work Detail

    Engineering Services - Igs Linden, Hanover - Total Renovation, Restructuring And Partial Construction - Structural Engineering Planning. The Basic Performance Of The Structural Engineering (Performance Phases 1-6) In Accordance With § 51 Hoai 2021, As Well As Special Services In The Service Phase 8 And The Assessment Of The Constructive Band Protection Of Components, Subject To A Stages, Should Be Commissioned In Accordance With Household Law. The Total Investment Volume Is Estimated At Around € 85 Million Gross (Kg 200-700). Performance Phases That The Client Does Not Commission When The Contract Is Concluded Are Under Suspensive Condition. The Client Reserves The Right To Limit The Commission To Partial Services Of Individual Service Phases Or To Individual Sections Of The Construction Work. When Continued And Executing The Construction Work, The Client Intends To Call Up Further Services - Individually Or As A Whole. When Deciding On Calling Up The Further Services, The Client Will Take Into Account That This Usually Presupposes The Political Decisions And The Approval Of The Hu Construction / Construction Pad. There Is No Legal Claim To The Commissioning Of Further Performance Phases. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services Of The Further Performance Phases If The Client Transfers Them. The Contractor Cannot Derive An Increase In His Fee From The Gradual Commission. At The Beginning Of The Planning Process, The Client Will Involve An External Project Control To Support And Implement The Project. Project Control Will Take Over The Delegable Building Owners And Project Controlling. Furthermore, The Client Reserves The Right To Commission A General Contractor In The Further Course Of Planning. The Scope Of A Possible General Entrepreneurial Performance Should Be Discussed Together With The Planning Team. Planned Project Expiry Expected Order Placement: 2025 Planned Completion Hu-Bau: 2028 Estimated Construction Start: 2029 Planned Completion: 2040
