The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To The Objects Of The Contracting Authority From A Licensed Electricity Supplier And The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group With Full Administration Of The Eso Information Flow And The Cost Of Unbalanceds. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Peee /Electricity Trade Rules /. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Construction Of A System For Remote Measurement And Monitoring Of The Consumption Of The Supplied Energy In Selected Objects Of The Contracting Authority, The Aim To Achieve Optimization And Economy Of Electric Consumption Through Energy Management. At The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement With The Tenderer Selected As The Contractor, The Contracting Authority Will Specify The Number And Objects For Which The Remote Measurement And Monitoring System Will Be Established For The Consumption Of Electricity. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Energy Monitoring System: The Specific Opportunities For Reducing Energy Consumption Will Be Determined; The Efficiency Of Electricity Consumption Will Be Increased And The Data Collected From The System Will Serve As A Basis For Making Informed Management Decisions; The Contracting Authority Will Acquire A Technological Modernization Tool - It Will Have An Additional Source Of Information On The Current State Of The Sites, In The Context Of Introducing Measures In The Field Of Energy Efficiency And Environmental Solutions; Possibility Of Monitoring Consumption And Receiving Different Types Of Notifications (Notifications), Etc.; Access To Data At A More Frequent Interval, Compared To A Month And In A Convenient Way-Through A Tablet Or Mobile Application On A Phone. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Join New Sites And/Or Excludes Existing, As Needed, Without Sanctions From This, Within The Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Also Prepare Reports On The Optimization Of Consumption And The Electricity Market; To Register, Where Necessary, Of New Sites Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Electricity Market, According To The Ptee In Force At The Time, So As To Ensure The Execution Of The Contract.
