The Overall Objective Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Functioning Of The Arrays For Bringing Arrays Of Spatial Data And Network Services In Accordance With The Requirements Of Directive 2007/2/Ec For The Creation Of Spatial Information Infrastructure In The European Community/ (System) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations In The Information In The Information. The Specific Goals Of The Public Procurement Are: Maintenance Of System Performance; Maintenance And Provision Of Work Processes; Rasing Problems In The Normal Operation Of The System. The Chosen Contractor Must Ensure That The Horizontal And Vertical Principles Of An Organization Are Complied With In Order To Fulfill The Objectives Set By The Contracting Authority So As To Cover The Full Set Of Competences And Know-How Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract, Respectively, To Guarantee The Required Level Of Commitment To The Execution And The Problems Of The Order. The Horizontal Principle Involves The Involvement Of Specialists From Different Units So That The Necessary Competences In The Subject Of The Contract Are Covered. The Vertical Principle Includes The Participation Of Experts And Representatives From The Various Management Levels And Expert Areas Necessary For The Proper And Qualitative Execution Of The Contract, And Experts With The Necessary Management And Organizational Skills And Opportunities For Implementing The Policy In Connection With The Execution Of The Contract.
