The City Hall Building Is A Two -Storey Massive Building. The Roof Is Cold Sloping - A Wooden Structure Covered With Tiles. The Ceiling Structure Is A Reinforced Concrete Slab. The Roof Of The Building Is In A Satisfactory Condition, But There Are Sections With Rotten Boards In The Wooden Ball. The Windows Are Wooden, Double, Partially Replaced With A Pvc Profile. The Facade Is Crushed. The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Separate Position Are Indicated In The Technical Specification And The Quantitative Account Thereto.
