Solar Foods Oy (Also Subscriber, Purchase Unit Or Solar Foods) Requests For Tenders For The Cleaning Service In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In Annex 1 Service Description. Based On The Competition, The Competition Agreement Is To Be Concluded With Two Service Providers. The Winner Of The Competition Will Become The Primary Service Provider And The Second -Hand Service Provider Of The Competition. The Internal Acquisitions Of The Framework Arrangement Are Based On Ranking. The Subscriber Provides The Service Primarily From The Priority Service Provider Of The Ranking List. The Action Of The Framework Arrangement And The Deviation From The Order Of Priority Are Described In More Detail In Section 5. Section 5., The Service Provider (S), May Also Be A Group Of Tenderers.
