    The Northern Ostrobothnia Association Will Request Your Tender For Providing Ict Services In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Procurement Procedure Is Open Tendering. This Is A Re -Competition Because The Previous Tendering Had To Be Suspended Due To Errors In The Tender Documents. Prior To The Publication Of A Tender For A Tendering Tenders, The Contracting Entity Has Been To The Market Dialogue Acquisition In May 2025 With Four Suppliers Registered For Market Dialogue. A Company That Has Not Been Involved In A Market Dialogue For Interrupted Tendering Or Has Made A Bid For Interrupted Tendering May Also Be Involved In The Tender. The Contract Period Begins With The Signing Of The Contract. The Commencement Of The Commissioning Project Will Be Agreed After The Contract Signed. As A Contract Period And Production, The Selected Tenderer Will Conduct The Current Ict Environmental Mapping Of The Subscriber To Design The Deployment Phase And Its Measures. The Current State Mapping Will Be Carried Out In Cooperation With The Customers Current Ict Service Provider During October And November 2025. The Commissioning Project Will Begin Estimated In Early January 2026 Or By Agreement. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is Eur 160,000-200,000. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Procurement Above The National Threshold. Subcontracting May Be Used For Acquisition. The Tenderer Is Responsible For The Work Of The Subcontractor As His Own. The Services Where The Tenderer Intends To Use Subcontracting Must Be Stated In The Offer. If The Tenderer Uses Subcontracting, The Tenderer Shall Be Responsible For Submitting Reports And Certificates Under Section 5 Of The Customer Liability Act (1233/2006). The Questions Will Be Answered By September 3, 2025. Offers Submitted After The Deadline Will Be Rejected. The Northern Ostrobothnia Association May, For Good Reason, Fail To Approve Or Unpack The Bid.
