    Competition For Consultancy In Organizational Development And Teamwork For Statistics Norway . Descriptives Wants To Continue The Work On Employee And Leadership Development To Support The Goal Achievement Of The Organization, And As Part Of Developing And Retaining The Employees Of Statistics Norway. Currently, Statistics Norway Is In Several Major Change And Restructuring Processes, Where, Among Other Things, Statistics Production Is Converted Into New Systems And We Must Use New Working Methods And Tools. These Changes Affect Expectations And Requirements For Both Managers, Employees And The Parties Who Participate. In Addition To An Employee And Leadership Development Program, We Will Work In Parallel With The Development Of Party Cooperation. Statistics Norway Has Been Allocated Tariff -Deposited Competence Funds Through Kdd (Coordinated By Dfø) Kr. 450,000 For This Work. The Work Must Be Carried Out By March 2026. The Work On The Various Activities Will Be Done In Close Cooperation With The Union Representatives In The Business.
