    Tenders are invited for Program for Strengthening Central Governance Structures - Phase II (PRSCG.2) The Agency for Information Systems and Digital Technology (ASIN) has received funds from the German Government through KfW within the framework of its budget execution to support the second phase of the Program for Strengthening Central Governance Structures (PRSCG.II) (BMZ ID 2016.67.161). Part of these funds will be used to finance consultancy services for supporting the implementation of the State Information Systems Security Policy (PSSIE) in 40 identified priority structures. The program aims to strengthen central governance structures through better information management within Benins public administration. Overall objective: Improve the efficiency and transparency of public administration, particularly in public finance management. Specific objective: Build a high-performance, secure IT network for public administration to enable the deployment of new web-based applications. In this framework, Benin developed the State Information Systems Security Policy (PSSIE), approved by Decree No. 2021-550 of October 27, 2021. Services are divided into four (04) lots: Lot 1: 4 priority structures among the 15 not yet audited + 6 among the 25 already audited.
