Work Detail

The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Comprehensive Service Of The Central Print System In The Commune Of The City Of Tychy, Including: - Maintaining And Providing Full Technical Support And Scw Service, Which Includes Scw Management Software Installed In The It Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority And Connected To It Through The Network, Multifunctional Printing Devices Ricoh Im C300 (23 C2000 (13 Pcs) Located In Units Served By The Ordering Party; - - Lease And Inclusion In Scw, Including In Particular The Launch And Configuration, As Well As Covering Comprehensive Maintenance And Technical Support Of 5 Additional, Multi -Functional A3 Printing Devices With Required Licenses. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1A To Swz.1. In The Case Of Indicated In The Documentation Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Described. 2. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 3. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shows Equivalence Using Any (Reliable) Measures. Failure To Equalize Results In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Order.Cd From Section Vii - Planned Provisions Of The Contract7. Changing The Remuneration Referred To In Para. 5, Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Price Index Of Goods And Services Published By The Central Statistical Office, Increasing In The Period From The Month Of Submitting The Offer To The Month Of Submitting The Application. The Amount Of Remuneration Will Change By Half The Price Difference Calculated In This Way. 8. The Party May Apply With The First Application Referred To In Para. 6 After 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract. Subsequent Applications May Be Submitted Not More Than Once Every 12 Months. 9. In The Case Referred To In Para. 5-7 The Total Maximum Value Of The Change Of Remuneration, During The Contract, May Not Exceed 10% Of The Contractors Remuneration (As At The Date Of The Contract) Specified In § 7 Para. 1 Contract. 10. Changes In The Remuneration Referred To In Para. 1 And 5 Will Be Introduced In The Form Of An Appropriate Annex To The Contract. 11. The Contractor, Whose Remuneration Has Been Changed, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Para. 5 - 10 Is Obliged Within 14 Days From The Date
