The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Ongoing Attic Maintenance Of A Non -Usable Town Hall Building. The Scope Of The Necessary Renovation Works Is Determined By The Documentation, Developed By: Mgr Inż. Janusz Superson, Ul. Storczykowa 6, 56-400 Bystre 1. Subject Of The Works The Object Of Works Is: Removal Of Pigeon Droppings From The Attic Of The Town Hall Building In Oleśnica. The Roofing Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal To Ceramic Tile. Scope Of Works2.1. Removal Of The Lofels Experience Expanding: Protection Of The Attic Surface Against Further Pollution And Ensuring Safe Working Conditions (E.G. Masks, Gloves, Protective Clothing). Removal Of Excrement: Manual Or Mechanical Removal Of Pigeon Droppings From The Attic, With Health And Safety And Environmental Protection. Cleaning And Disinfection: Thorough Purification Of The Attic Surface And Disinfecting For The Purpose Of Elimination Microorganisms And Smells. Waste Dieting: Collecting Droppings For Sealed Bags, Transport And Utilization In Accordance With Waste Management Regulations. 2.2. Replacement Of The Roofing Covering Of The Existing Covering: Removal Of Trapezoidal Sheet From The Roof Of The Town Hall With Caution So As Not To Damage The Roof Structure. Roofing The Roof Structure: Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Roof Truss, Patches, Counter Data And Insulation. If Necessary, Make Repairs (E.G. Replacement Of Damaged Wooden Elements, Strengthening The Structure). Measurement Of The New Cover: Laying The Ceramic Tile On The Prepared Substrate, In Accordance With The Design And Building Standards. Upraining Of The Initial Coverage Layer (Roof Membrane Or Vapor -Free Foil). Mounting Of Patches And Counterparts As Required For Ceramic Tile. Correct Plant And Attachment. Blachars: Making Flashings (E.G. At Chimneys, Baskets, Hoods) Made Of Coated Sheet Or Titanium, In Accordance With The Color And Style Of The Building. Water Protection: Ensuring Tightness Of The Roofing By The Proper Arrangement Of Tiles And Machining. 2.3. Checking And Repairing The Orinnaaniacontrola System Of The Technical Condition: Assessment Of The Status Of Gutters And Downpipes (Checking Tightness, Corrosion, Mechanical Damage). System Cleaning: Removal Of Impurities (Leaves, Deposits, Bird Droppings) From Gutters And Drain Pipes. Venexpens Or Replacement: Repair Of Minor Damage (E.G. Sealing Of Connections, Replacement Of Individual Elements). Significant Damage-Replacement Of Damaged Gutters Or Trigger Pipes With New, In Line With The Existing System (Material: Coated Steel, Titanium-Cynk Or Pvc). Testy: Conducting An Attempt To Tight The Leakage Of The Glowing System By Draining Water And Observing Flow. 3. Ceramic Material Requirements: Tile Compatible With The Design, Colors And Shape Adapted To The Architectural Style Of The Town Hall.
