1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor, Which Will Provide For The Customer Project Services Consisting In The Development Of Project, Geodetic And Legal Documentation, And Obtaining Relevant Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Together With Obtaining Consent To Perform Construction Works As Part Of The Project Task: 6+750.00 To Km 7+561.00 In Gliczarów Górny And Bukowina Tatrzańska. Performing A Study For The Design Task Referred To In Point 5.1 Swz Includes, In Particular: 1) The Construction Of A Unilateral Pavement In The Entire Designed Section, Taking Into Account The Renovation Or Reconstruction Of The Culverts; 2) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System And A Comprehensive Solution Of Road Dehydration; 3) Reconstruction Of The Road And Roadside; 4) Reconstruction Of The Colliding Network With Designed Road Development; 5) Construction Of Technological Channels (If Required); 6) Reconstruction Of Intersections And Conventions; 7) Construction Of Street Lighting; 8) Reconstruction And Construction Of Ordinary Conventions. The Conclusion Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Development Of This Order Were Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz], Which Is Annex 6 To Swz.3. The Contractor, Acting Under The Authorization Of The Tatra Poviat, Is Obliged To Develop Complete Documentation, Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Including Related To Environmental Protection, And Obtain All Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Allowing For The Implementation Of Construction Works To The Extent In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Decision On Permission To Carry Out A Road Investment [Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid]. 4. The Terms Of Performance Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 5 To Swz.5. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights, I.E. Proprietary Property Rights To All Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights Produced During The Contract, In Particular Such As: Maps, Charts, Drawings, Plans, Reports, Expertise, Calculations And Other Documents Created During The Contract And Allow Dependent, I.E.
