3 The Task Will Be Implemented With The Participation Of A Subsidy Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management, The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Bialystok. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Packaging, Collection And Transport Of Hazardous Waste From Real Estate To The Place Of Disposal, Unloading And Deposit Together With The Costs Of Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos, I.E. About 407.04 Mg, Stored On The Properties, Specified In The List Of Real Estate, Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Contracting Authority After Signing The Contract. 2) All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract (E.G. Securing The Place Of Collection, Settings Of Objects And Devices Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Securing Existing Objects Against Their Damage And Others), The Contractor Performs On Their Own. Zambrów. 5) The Material Scope Of The Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Amount Of Asbestos Containing Products Received, Subject To Point 6.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract With The Owners Of The Facilities Whose Data Will Be Transferred By The Employer, The Work Schedule Indicating Specific Dates Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Individual Facilities. The Work Schedule Should Be Provided Immediately To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Terms Of Receiving Asbestos -Containing Products Set By The Above Schedule. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Materials, Tools And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Apply A Carrier With Valid Legalization To Perform The Task, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 May 2001 Law On Measures (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063) And Applied Executive Acts. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Weigh Materials Containing Asbestos From Each Property Covered By The List With The Participation Of The Owner Of The Property And The Contracting Authority, After Notifying The Contracting Authority About The Day Of Waste Collection. From The Conducted Weighing Operation, The Contractor Is Always Required To Write A Reception Report, The Template Of Which Will Be An Attachment To The Contract. The Costs Of Weighing Asbestos Containing Products Are Borne By The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Qualitative And Quantitative Waste Record In Accordance With The Adopted Waste Qualification And Based On Templates Of Documents Used For The Purposes Of Waste Records. 9. The Contractor Should Have The Right Decisions And Permits Required By Law, As Well As Appropriate Technical Potential Enabling The Implementation Of The Task, In Particular Access To The Property By Roads Of Various Surfaces (Rocky, Ground, On Hills). 10.
