Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Oil To Vehicles Owned Municipalities Of Stara Kiszewa

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil To Vehicles Owned By The Stara Kiszewa Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Sale Of Diesel In An Amount Of Up To 111 Thousand. Liters During The Period Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To Art. 3 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 25.08.2006 On The System For Monitoring And Controlling Fuel Quality, The Supplied Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified For A Given Fuel, Due To Environmental Protection, Impact On Human Health And The Proper Operation Of Engines Mounted In Vehicles, Agricultural Tractors, As Well As Machines Not Resistant On The Road. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Due Diligence, Reliably, Timely, Safely, While Maintaining Good Quality. 5. Delivery Of Diesel Will Take Place In Such A Way That The Contractor Will Perform It Directly To The Ordering Tank With A Capacity Of 6000 Liters At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, After Receiving The Order From The Employer. The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Ordered Is 1000 Liters - A Maximum Of 6000 Liters. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Fuel To The Commune Office In Stara Kiszew Within 2 Business Days Of Receiving Information.
