Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled Ordering Water And Sewage Management In The Czarnocin Commune Stage 1

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled Organizing Water And Sewage Management In The Czarnocin Commune. By The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended), Design Solutions Proposed By The Contractor Should Contain Comprehensive Solutions In The Field Of Building Sewage Treatment Plants As Well As The Construction Of Sanitary Sewage System And Must Take Into Account The Available Technical Solutions And The Current State Of Existing Land Development Wastewater Treatment In Czarnocin. Design Solutions Should Take Into Account The Possibilities Of Expanding The Sanitary Sewage Network With Further Towns. The Hydraulic Model Of The Sanitary Sewage System Should Take Into Account The Possibilities Of Expanding The System Both In The Field Of Transmission And Sewage Acceptance. The Contractor, Before The Commencement Of Work, Is Obliged To Obtain And Verify The Data And Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract (Starting Data For Design), Perform All Tests And Analyzes Necessary For The Correct Design And Implementation Of The Document, And In Particular The Construction Project, Including: The Needs Of The Geotechnical And Hydrogeological Research Of The Soil Substrates To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance And Subsequent Implementation Of The Works; B) Obtain Other Necessary Data For The Correct Performance Of The Contractors Documents And Subsequent Implementation Of The Works: Materials, Expertise, Analysis, Development And Research. Containing All Characteristic Parameters And Technological And Technical Solutions, Including The Preparation Of A Preliminary Land Development Project On The Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1: 500, B) Construction Project For The Entire Scope Of The Task Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law By Changes And In Accordance With Decisions And Provisions Obtained At The Design Stage; C) Other Studies And Agreements Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Demolition, D) Technical Design For The Entire Task. Technical Projects In Individual Industries Will Be Detailing For The Needs Of The Construction Of A Construction Project; E) As -Built Documentation On Which All Changes Will Be Made And Arose During Construction Together With The Geodetic Inventory Of Made Facilities And Networks, Including Water And Legal Permit; F) Starting Project (Final Attempts) With The Assumption Of Maintenance Of The Object In Traffic And Starting The Object Partial; G) Ohs Instructions Approved By The Osh Appraiser, Firefighting, First Aid, Position Instructions; H) Instruction Manuals, Operation And Maintenance Of Sewage Treatment Plants And Pumping Stations; I) A Start -Up Report In Which The Contractor Will Be Presented By The Contractor With The Results In The Scope Allowing To Find Out To Meet The Parameters Of The Object In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Design
