Preparation And Issuing Of Meals On All Days Of The Calendar Year In Quantities: - Breakfast, Lunch (Two Sets) And Dinner For A Maximum Of 48 Inhabitants Of The Senior Nursing Home. Jan Kaczmarek In Czeladz, 3.2. Making The Purchase Of Products Needed To Prepare Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), 3.3. Delivery And Storage Of The Products Needed To Prepare Meals, In The Magazines Of The Contractor Dedicated To The Use Of The Contracting Authority. 3.4. Preparing Meals Strictly According To The Attached Menu (Attachments No. 1A To 1D To The Contract Template); 3.5. Preparation Of Meals As To The Quantity, In Accordance With The Demand Received By A Social Worker, Taking Into Account Any Diets. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Serve The Number Of Ordered Meals By 1000 For The Next Day (In The Case Of Sunday And Holidays Also On Sundays And Holidays) Taking Into Account Any Diets. 3.6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Demand Meals For Sick Residents In Accordance With The Doctors (Diet) Recommendation In Place Of Meals Resulting From The Menu Planned For A Given Calendar Day, With The Total Number Of Meals Prepared Will Not Change. The Contractor Will Provide Spices During Meals, I.E. Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Liquid Soup Spice, Vinegar, 3.10. Lunch Should Consist Of Two Dishes, I.E. Soup And A Second Dish Prepared In Two Sets To Choose A Resident And A Warm Drink (E.G. Compote, Tea). The Consistency Of Meals Should Be Adapted To The Consumer Capabilities Of A Given Inhabitant (Minced, Mixed Meals-At Every Demand Of The Guardian), Prepared From The Listed Dinner Sets Specified In The 1A-1D Menu. 3.11.
