    The Subject Of The Procedure Is: Delivery Of A Remote -Controlled Submarine For The Pomeranian Voivodeship Office. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Documents Constituting Attachments To Swz, Including Annex 1 Of The Wsew, I.E. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex 4 To Swz, I.E. The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Załyczniki. Admitted To The Economic Trading Of The Substantive Of The Republic Of Poland. The Device Should Not Be Subjected To Any Repairs, Free From Defects, In Full And Ready For Use For Its Intended Use. The Performed Product Must Come From The Authorized Manufacturers Distribution Channel, And The Use Of The Supplied Device By The Employer May Not Constitute A Violation Of Property Copyrights Of Third Parties. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Offer Someone Elses Product Under Your Own Brand With Concealing Original Markings. In The Event Of Suspicion Of Offering As Your Own Product, Which Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under Another, The Contractor Will Be Called To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entitled Entity To The Right To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For The Modification And Further Resale Of The Product Under Another. In The Absence Of The Consent Of An Entity With The Right To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Further Resort To The Product Under Another Name, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. The Executive Is Associated With The Proper Packaging, Loading And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Contract For The Order Of The Order During Transport.
