1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Sanitary Transport Service Consisting In The Transport Of Patients With A Specialist Ambulance Of Sanitary Transport Belonging To The Ordering Party (Poviat Centrum Zdrowia Sp.Z O.O. In Malbork). The Provision Of Transport Services To The Patients Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place By Means Of Transport Owned By The Ordering Party And Will Include: A) The Transport Of Patients Under The Contract Concluded Between The Employer And Other Therapeutic Entity, B) The Performance Of Auxiliary Benefits In Relation To The Patients Transported In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Doctor Or Dispatcher Commissioning The Service.
