    Work Detail

    Part 1 For Kpp In Opoczno1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Towing And Parking Services Of Vehicles Secured For Procedural Purposes (Not Covered By The Disposition Of Article 50A (1) And Article 130A (4) Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law, I.E. Property Protection Due To The Police Taking Official Activities And Towing Official Vehicles). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz, While The Detailed Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 8 To Swz - The Contract Template. 3. The Expected Number Of Towing (Transport) And The Number Of Days/Parking. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Perform A Contract In An Amount Not Lower Than 40% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract. 5. The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of The Contract In Question Will Take Place In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Entity, Therefore The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Order Regarding The Number Of Services Specified In Annex 1.1-1.6 To Swz. In Cases, If She Deviated From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Entity. 6. Settlement Will Be Based On Actually Realized Services According To Unit Prices In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. 7. Due To The Possible Possibility Of Using Transhipment Works And Additional Services (E.G. Crane Work), The Gross Value Of The Contract Will Be Increased By 20% Of The Gross Amount Given In The Offer.
