Work Detail

The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Erp And Crm System, Including Implementation Services. In This Selection Procedure, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Distribution Of The Contract Into Parts. The Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Contract Are Given In Annex 1 To This Call For Bids. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Analysis And Design Of The Target Solution • Detailed Process And Data Analysis Of The Existing Functioning Of The Contracting Authority With An Emphasis On Linking Business, Production, Stock And Service Processes In One Integrated Environment • Design Of Comprehensive Erp/Crm Solutions Including Modular Expansion In Financial Management, Project Management, Stock Management, Production Planning And Customer Relationship Management • Processing Of A Proposal With An Emphasis On Supporting A Multilingual And Multiple Environment And Full Localization For Czech Legislative Requirements Delivery And Implementation Of Licensed Erp/Crm System • The Solution Must Be Opeable In Both Cloud And On-Premise Mode With The Possibility Of Hybrid Deployment • The System Must Support Modular Extensibility And Integration At Least Via Rest Api And Odata • Full Integration With Office Package, Teamwork Tools And Corporate Analytics • Possibility Of Future Expansion With Service Intervention, Production Management And Advanced Project Planning • Providing A Test Environment To Present A System And Validation Of Processes Migration And Data Integration • Design And Implementation Of A Migration Process With An Emphasis On Minimizing Operating Outages • Convert Historical Data Including Accounting Records, Stock Movements And Customer History • Creating An Integration Layer Allowing Two-Way Data Exchange With External Systems (Eg E-Shop, Edi Communication, Accounting Systems, Dms) Parameterization And Customization Of The System • Setting Process Workflow To Approve Documents And Transactions • Implementation Of Role-Based Access Rights And Multi-Level Approval • Edit User Forms, Views And Reports According To The Needs Of The Client • Possibility To Deploy Your Own Extensions Without Intervention In The System (Extension Model) Advanced Support And Reporting Support • Integrated Analytical Tools With Data Visualization And Dashboard Automatic Updates • Possibility To Connect To A Bi Platform Supporting The Creation Of Interactive Reports From Multiple Data Sources Testing And Optimization • Performing Unit, Integration And Acceptance Tests • Documentation Of Testing Results And Performing Optimization Steps Before Running Training And Handing Over The System • User Training For Individual Roles And Processes, Including Interactive Manuals And Online Hints • Training Of Administrators For Management And Configuration Of System • Handover Of Both Technical And User Documentation In Czech Language Start -Up And Subsequent Service Support • Ensuring Technical Assistance In The Period Of Min. 90 Days After Startup • Providing Warranty Support And Incident Solutions For 24 Months Of Startup • Settings And Documentation Of Backup And Recovery Processes
