Landfill Management Services-Clean Point Management Services For The Municipalities Of Cerdedo-Cotobade, Fornelos De Montes And A Lama. Waste Management Service At The Clean Point Located In The Municipality Of A Lama For Transport To The Final Destination, Either For Valorisation Or Elimination, In Order To Establish A Contract With A Service Providing The Service. In View Of The Agreement Signed With The Municipalities Of Cerdedo-Cotobade And Fornelos De Montes And A Lama, The Service Will Be Provided For The Three Entities, In Accordance With The Stipulations Contained In It. The Joint Hiring Of Goods Or Services In A Shared Manner Between Several Entities Means A Saving In Management Expenses And An Aggregation Of The Demand That Could Improve The Interest Of The Contract With The Consequent Increase Of The Competition And The Obtaining Of Better Offers. The Mayors Office Considers Necessary To Process And Formalize The Corresponding File, In Accordance With The Lcsp, Due To The Lack Of Availability Of The Means That Are Intended To Be Hired. For These Purposes, This Contract Will Allow To Cover The Needs Of The Service Provided In The Table Subject To The Contract, Essential For The Achievement Of The Material Objectives Of The City Council. Feixes, Through The Improvement Of This Contract, Aims To Cover The Management Needs Of The Municipal Clean Point Located In The Industrial Estate Of Racelo, Its Maintenance And The Management Of The Waste That Are Deposited In The Same As Established In The Legislation In Force In The Subject. The Recruitment Is Necessary To Guarantee The Proper Functioning Of This Public Service And To Be Able To Attend It For A Period Of 2 Years, Extendable By Successive Extensions Up To A Maximum Of 4 Years. As Far As The Aforementioned, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Article 28 Of The Lcsp, The Suitability And Content Of The Projected Contract Is Stated To Meet The Needs Described, Thus Being Relevant, The Processing Of The Corresponding Contract File.
