    These Bidding Bases Are Formulated To Establish The Regulation Of The Process Of Acquiring Optical Lenses For La Florida Hospital, And Regulate Among Other Aspects The Conditions That They Must Meet The Offers, The Stages Of The Bidding Process, Their Form Of Evaluation And Award, The Contract Conditions, And All Aspects Necessary For The Correct Acquisition Process. It Should Be Borne In Mind That All Supplies Supplied Must Be New And Unused, All Of The Above Must Adjust To The Specifications Of These Bases. The Amounts Of The Products Requested In This Tender Are Referential And Estimated, Which Is Why They Can Decrease Or Increase According To Needs, Contingency, Stocks And Financial Resources Of The La Florida Hospital. The Supplier Will Not Offer Supplies Other Than Those Established In These Bidding Bases Or Accessories Or Extras Not Contemplated In The Technical Requirements, Everything Extra Offered, Will Not Be Considered In The Evaluation. However, Without Prejudice To The Above, Any Extra Offered, Not Required By Him Hospital, And That He Cannot Be Technically Or Economically Separated From The Good To Acquire, It Will Be Understood That It Does Not Comply With The Request And It Will Give Cause To Be Declared Inadmissible The Offer. Nor Can The Supplier Present Two Alternative Inputs In The Same Offer, Unless You Do Separately In Main And Alternative Offers, All, According To Bases, Otherwise, The Offer Will Be Declared Inadmissible. So Also, If Simultaneous Offers Are Presented In A Process With Respect To The Same Good Or Service Or Item Tendered By Companies Belonging To The Same Business Group Or Related To Each Other, According To Provides Article 9 Of The Purchasing Law, The Hospital Will Consider For The Purposes Of The Evaluation Of The Tender Public Or Item Offered, Only The Most Convenient Offer Of The Respective Suppliers Of The Same Group Business Or Related To Each Other, According To The Evaluation Criteria Established In Bases.
