Nordværk Needs A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Green Food Waste Bags For Aalborg Municipality (Hereafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). Nordworks Therefore Implement This Public Tender In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Tendering Act For The Purpose Of Entering Into This Framework Agreement. It Should Be Noted Initially That This Tender Is A Re -Tender. Nordworks Have Thus Previously Initiated The Offer Of The Framework Agreement, Which Nordværk Has Chosen To Cancel Several Times. In Connection With This Re -Tender, Nordværk Has Made A Number Of Changes In The Total Tender Material. The Tenderer Is Therefore Encouraged To Read The Tender Material Thoroughly In Its Entirety Before Submitting Tenders. The Framework Agreement Includes A Duty For The Winning Tenderer To Supply Green Food Waste Bags To Nordværk In Accordance With The Annual Delivery Plans, Such As Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer On An Ongoing Basis (First Time In Connection With The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement). The Green Food Waste Bags Must Be Delivered To A Designated Place In Aalborg Municipality. The Green Food Waste Bags Must Be Delivered In Packages Consisting Of One, Two And Three Rolls Of Food Waste Bags. Each Roll Must Consist Of 50 Bags. The Final Package Is Agreed Between The Northern Works And The Winning Tenderer In Connection With The Determination Of Delivery Plan. However, The Winning Tenderer May Require That The Delivery Of A Particular Packaging Consists Of A Minimum Of A Container. Reference Is Made To The Other Tender Material - Including The Document In Particular Requirement Specification - For A Detailed Description Of The Requirements That Nordværk Sets For The Winning Bidder And To The Green Food Waste Bags. Nordworks Will Allocate The Framework Agreement To One Suppliers. The Tenderer Who Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Awarded The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When Signed By Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer. However, The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force At The Earliest On February 1, 2026. The Maximum Maturity Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus 48 Months. Nordværk Has Estimated The Total Financial Value Of The Framework Agreement To Be Dkk 32.00 Million. The Estimated Value Is Based On The Basis Of Available Information At The Time Of Tendering About The Price Level And The Expected Purchasing Volume. However, It Cannot Be Denied That During The Term Of The Framework Agreement It Is Necessary To Purchase More Than Originally Provided. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus Dkk 40.00 Million. Nordværk Has Chosen To Divide Its Need For Purchasing (Food Waste) Bags To Its Owner Municipalities Into A Number Of Partial Agreements. This Tender Thus Only Includes The Purchase Of Green Food Waste Bags For Aalborg Municipality. Nordworks Expect A Separate Eu Supply In The Autumn Of 2025 To Carry Out A Separate Eu Offering Regarding The Purchase Of Black Waste Bags To Aalborg Municipality, Just As Nordværk In The Autumn Of 2025 Also Expects To Carry Out Separate Eu Outlets
