    Work Detail

    The Province Seeks To Engage A Professional Consulting Team Comprised Of A Prime Consultant – Architect With Subcontractors Including But Not Limited To Mechanical, Fire Safety/Code Consultant, Structural, Electrical, Commercial Kitchen Design, And Building Envelope Consultant.The Scope Of Work Encompasses Life Cycle Extension Work Of The Two Older Buildings Located At The Alouette Correctional Centre For Women. The Two Buildings Are Located Adjacent To Each Other On The Accw Site. Most Of The Work Will Be Completed Within The Kitchen Building. A Consulting Team Will Be Hired To Complete The Whole Project Through The Three Identified Phases:Phase 1 Feasibility And Schematic Design - The Development Of Recommendations For The Work To Be Completed – Mechanical, Fire Safety/Code Consultant, Electrical, Kitchen, And Building Envelope/Roof Anchors.Phase 2 Detailed Design - The Development Of Building Permit Drawings, Permit Applications, And Tender Documents.Phase 3 Project Oversight – Overseeing The Gc Contractor Hired To Complete The Work And Closeout.
