Furniture Design And Moving Services Refer To The Coordinated And Strategic Delivery Of Solutions That Support The Planning, Sourcing, Installation, Relocation, And Ongoing Management Of Furniture Assets Across Atb Locations. This Includes: Furniture Design/Supply: Supplying And Maintaining Both Existing And New Commercial Grade Furniture Standards, With Atb - Approved Options.Providing Creative And Technically Informed Design Support Through Interior Designers Or Furniture Specialists. Managing Warranties, Inventory, And Storage Solutions To Ensure Consistency And Operational Efficiency. Participating In Construction Coordination Meetings And Staying Current With Industry Trends And Sustainability Practices. Prioritizing Scalable And Repeatable Furniture Solutions With No Required Customization.The Selected Proponent Should Demonstrate A Robust Sourcing Strategy With Established Relationships With Leading Furniture Dealers And Manufacturers, Both Nationally And Globally, To Maximize Value And Flexibility To Atb.Ability To Complete Atb Provided Documentation (Including Dimensioned Layouts And Drawings , Intended Use, And Functional Requirements):Interpreting And Refining Concepts/Layoutsselecting And Sourcing Furniture, Materials, And Finishesensuring Compliance With Technical, Safety, And Accessibility Requirementsincorporate Space Optimization Strategies And Innovative Design Featuresprovide Lead Times And Delivery Schedules For All Proposed Items.Providing Repair Services To Extend The Lifecycle Of Furniture Assets, Ensuring Consistency With Atb Standards And Minimizing Replacement Costs. Moving Services: End To End Move Logistics, Including Packing, Labeling, Disassembly, Transport, And Set Up. Coordination With Atb - Approved Surplus Sale Vendors For Furniture Disposal And Salvage Parts For Future Use. Providing Moving Materials (E.G. Bins, Banker Boxes, Labels) And Managing Sla Expectations For Major And Minor Moves (7-10 Days). Offering Real- Time Inventory Tracking And Reporting With View Access For Atb Teams.Managing Moves Of Fragile, Oversized, Or It- Integrated Equipment. Ensuring Both Furniture Design And Moving Services Include Secure Storage Or Relocation To A Preferred Storage Location Identified By Atb, Where Applicable. Leveraging Subcontractors Outside Alberta When Needed, With Accountability For Quality, Liability, Subject To Atb Pre-Approval. These Services Are Critical To Enabling Atb’S Branch Renovations, Office Transitions, And Storage Consolidation Efforts, While Aligning With Operational Goals For Agility, Cost Efficiency, And Atb Brand Guidelines. The Goal Of This Rfp Is To Engage A Qualified Vendor Or Vendors Who Can Provide Reliable, Efficient, And Scalable Furniture Design And Moving Services Across Atb Locations. This Includes The Supply, Maintenance And Installation Of Furniture Coordination Of Moves, Inventory Management, And Support For Space Transitions.
