The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Devices And Consumables. The Order Code, According To A Common Terminological Dictionary: 33183100 - Orthopedic Implants. The Order Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Lots, Detailed And Described In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Contracting Authority Requires The Complexity Of The Offers For The Lots. Participants Offer All The Nomenclature Units Included In The Lot They Participate In. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Lot In Which He Participates Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Lot. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Lot In Which He/She Participates, But They Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Is Not Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. Participants May Submit Offers For One, More Or All Lots. The Offered Medical Devices For Endoprosthesis Should Be Included In The List Of Medical Devices By Groups, Which The Nhif Pays In The Conditions Of Hospital Medical Care, And The Value To Which The Nhif Pays For Each Group Drawn Up In Accordance With Article 13, Paragraph 2, Letter A Of Ordinance No. 10 Of 2009. Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes, Negotiation Of Discounts And Restoration Of Exceeded Funds In The Implementation Of A Mechanism Guaranteeing Predictability And Resistance To The Budget Of The Nhif, Effective From January 01, 202 (Rd-Nd-04-143/17.12.2024). The Requirements To Which The Products Must Meet Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, In The Detailed Technical Specification To Each Lot And In This Documentation. Contractors Are Obliged To Provide The Necessary Toolkit For Working With Medical Devices! The Toolkit Should Be Transported And Stored In Containers That Meet The Current Standard For The Respective Medical Devices And Guarantee The Required Sterility.
