The Tenderer Designated For The Contractor Performs Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment (Goods/Article) Within The Warranty Period Proposed By Him, Eliminating The Poor Quality Furniture And/Or Equipment And Defects/Damages Found Within The Warranty Periods, Taking Over All Costs - Transport, Labor, Spare Parts, Etc.
