    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Implementation Of Independent Construction Supervision Of Project Sites Under The National Recovery And Sustainability Plan, In Two Lots As Follows: Lot # 1 “Rehabilitation Of A Building With Id №69660.501.1115.6, Major Overhaul Of The Roof, Extension To The 2Nd Floor And Photovoltaic Installation For Its Own Consumption In Rle №I, Sq. 75 With Id №69660.501.111 Under Lot 2 “Rehabilitation Of Building Overhaul Of A Roof And Photovoltaic Installation For Its Own Consumption In Rle № Vii314, Sq. 32 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Zimnitsa, Municipality Of Straldzha” Public Procurement Scope: The Contractor Exercises Consulting Services / Construction Supervision / Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act /To The Commissioning /, In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In Article 168 Of The Spa, Namely: - Lawful Initiation Of Construction; - Exercising Control Regarding The Completeness And Proper Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; - Control, Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety At Work In Construction; - Non -Disability Of Third Parties And Properties As A Result Of Construction.
