    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Construction And Assembly Works And Delivery Of Equipment In Connection With The Construction Of A New System For Air Conditioning Of Floor 4 And Floor 5 Of The Building Of Bulgarian National Radio - Sofia. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Contract Is At The Proposal Of The Participants, And It May Not Be Longer Than 90 (Ninety) Calendar Days. This Period Covers The Period From The Date Of Receipt Of An Invitation (Award Letter) For The Initiation Of The Activities For Construction And Assembly Works And For The Construction Of The Installations By The Contracting Authority To The Signing Of The Final Acceptance And Transmission Protocol On Both Parties To Accept The Entire Execution Of The Public Procurement. This Period Also Includes The Time Required For The Setup, Testing And Commissioning Of The Built Installation, Conducting The 72-Hour Sample And Training Of A Bnr Employee For Operational Work With The Installations. A Letter Of Assignment Will Be Obtained No Later Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days After The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Full Description, The Scope, As Well As The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction Activities, The Delivery, Installation And Warranty Service Of The Equipment Included In The Subject Of The Award Are Detailed In This Documentation, The Technical Specification And All Other Documents Constituting The Overall Documentation Under The Procedure.
