    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Delivery Of Food And Food; 2. An Option That Includes The Delivery Of Food And Food Products That Are Not Explicitly Stated In The Technical Specification For The Respective Lot. When The Contractor Has Provided An Option In The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Mandatory To Offer Such An Option In The Tender To The Participant. In The Event That He Has Proposed The Option In His Offer, The Contractor Has No Right To Refuse Her Execution Or To Change The Conditions For Its Execution Until The Expiration Of Its Use.
