The Scope Provides For Activities For Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Instruction Of Pedagogical Specialists For The Use Of Equipment And Warranty Support According To The Specification. The Contracting Authority Assigns The Present Public Procurement In Accordance With Part Five, Chapter Twenty -Fifth, Section I And Section Ii Of The Public Procurement Law On The Grounds Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Public Procurement Act - Public Competition, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. When Signing The Contract, A Guarantee Is Presented For Securing The Performance Of The Contract. The Guarantee Of The Execution Is 2% Of The Value Excluding Vat And At The Choice Of The Contractor May Be (A) A Deposit Of A Monetary Amount To The Contract Of The Contracting Authority; (B) A Bank Guarantee In Favor Of The Contracting Authority; (C) Insurance That Unconditionally And Irrevocably Secures The Execution By Covering The Liability Of The Contractor. The Implementation Period Is Up To 120 Calendar Days, Validity Of The Offer 6 Months. Payment Conditions: Up To 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days From The Date Submission Of A Duly Formed Invoice And A Signed Bilateral Acceptance Protocol For The Delivery And Installation Of The Proposed By The Educational Equipment Must Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Set Out In The Technical Specification.
