    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Various New Tires For Cars And Trucks And Excavators For Business Cars And Equipment Of Water Supply And Sewerage Eood Sofia, With The Sizes Specified In The Technical Specification. The Type And Quantities Of Car And Trucks And Excavators Are Estimated In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Delivery Of The Type And Quantities Of Tires For Cars And Trucks And Excavators Specified In The Technical Specification And To Declare Them For Delivery Periodically And In Different Volumes, As Well As To Request The Delivery Of Other Unused Tires For Cars And Trucks And Excavators. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Declare The Delivery Of Tires For Cars And Trucks And Excavators Only If Necessary And Without Being Obliged To Declare A Certain Quantity. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Declare The Delivery Of Tires For Cars And Excavators And Excavators, Both For The Vehicle And Other Equipment Available In The Technical Specification, As Well As For Other Vehicles And Other Equipment Not Acquired In The Technical Specification Or Acquired After The Procedure. In The Second Case, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Present Him The Official Price List Of The Products Offered By Him At Unit Prices And A Percentage (%) Discount For Each Product Offered By The Contractor According To These Terms And His Price Offer. The Discount Rate May Not Be Less Than 5%. In The Event That One Of The Participants Offered A Percentage Of Discount Below 5% Will Be Removed From Further Participation In The Procedure Due To The Disposal Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
