    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Deliveries. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Cleaning Products For The Needs Of The Mbalnp St. Naum Ead, Sofia, According To An Approved Technical Specification. Offers Should Be Submitted To All Nomenclature Units Included In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Public Procurement Is Reserved On The Grounds Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Approved By A Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 591/18.07.2016. When Awarding The Public Procurement, Persons May Participate Who, According To Article 12, Paragraph 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, Meet The Following Conditions: At Least 30 Percent Of Their Lists Is From Disabled People Or Disadvantaged; They Have Been Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Procurement Procedure And May Perform At Least 80 Percent Of The Subject Of The Contract With Their Own Machinery, Equipment And Human Resources. They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties If Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities (According To Article 12, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act). Interested Parties Outside The Persons Under Art. In Such A Case, If Applications For Participation And/Or Tenders Have Been Submitted By Persons For Whom The Contract Is Reserved And By Other Persons, The Commission Shall Consider The Offer For Participation With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 Of The Pppop Of All Participants And Provides Them With The Possibility Of Eliminating The Established Deficiencies, Incompleteness Or Inconsistencies Of The Information In Them, If Any, And After The Selection Considers The Tenders Of The Admitted Persons For Whom The Order Is Reserved, And, If Not, The Tenders Are Also Considered To The Other Admitted Persons.
