The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Construction Of A Playground, Teva Quarter, Pernik (Design, Copyright Supervision And Construction Of Construction Works). 1) Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In Accordance With The Spatial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And Other Related By -Law Regulations Under The Applicable Design Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Equipped With The Necessary Calculations, Schemes, Text And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Projects Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Amounts Of Accounts On The Applicable Parts. 2) Implementation Of The Construction Works, In Accordance With The Investment Project Prepared And Approved In The Respective Order, Quantities And Types Of Construction Works And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Contract And The Price Proposal. 3) Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Construction Works. Public Procurement Description: It Is Envisaged To Build Two Playgrounds In Pernik, In Teva Quarter, Inter -Block Space Of Bl. 16, 17 And 35 For Children Up To 3 Years For Children From 3 To 12 Years The Dimensions And Minimum Area Of The Sites To Ensure The Safe Use Of The Facilities In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Manufacturers Of The Facilities And/Or According To Annex No. 6 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 12.01.2009. The Terrain Is Located In A Separate Green Zone. For The New Childrens Facilities That I Will Include The Project For The Implementation Of The Sites For The Two Age Groups Mentioned Above, A Solid Foundation Should Be Built. For This Purpose, In The Project Documentation, Designers Should Plan Excavation And Bulk Activities On Which To Provide Reinforced Concrete Screed And Appropriate Shock Absorbing Flooring, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements For The Construction Of Playgrounds. For The Installation Of The Childrens Facilities, The Foundations And All The Attachments For Them, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer And/Or The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 12.01.2009, Must Be Provided For The Installation Of The Childrens Facilities. For The Playground For Children Up To 3 Years To Provide A Fence With A Height Of 1.0 M. For Both Playgrounds, Provide Information Plates, Seating And Waste Bins. In The Project, The Contractor Should Foresee, And During Construction To Install Facilities For Children Up To 3 Years And Children From 3 To 12 Years Of Age With High Play Value And To Provide Conditions For One Or More Of The Following Basic Types Of Games And/Or Activities: Swing, Skating, Shaking, Gaming, Climbing, Games With Plots, Experimenting, Experimenting, Experimenting, Experimenting, Experimenting, Experimenting, Experimenting And Roles, Experimenting, Experimenting And Roles.
