    Within The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Intends To Outsource The Supply Of Glassware, Consumables And Other Materials Used To Carry Out Testing And Measurements Of Excerpts From Environmental Components, In Connection With The Approved Monitoring Programs, Signals Of Pollution, The Senses And The Values ​​Of Certain Characteristics, Additional Award Of The Rives And Non -Governmental Organizations. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 7 Lots As Follows: Lot # 1: Consumables And Materials Lot 2: Real-Time Pcr Consumables-Applied Biosystems Stepone Real-Time Lot No 3: Decree Lot No 4: Filter Supplies Lot No 5: Filter And Extraction Remedies Lot No. 6: Consumables For Gas Podography Lot No 7: Glass Bottles And Banks In View Of The Need To Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Procurement, In View Of The Provision Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Proceeds To Conduct A Procedure Negotiated Without A Prior Notice. The Terms Of The Contract Remain Unchanging Against Those In The Terminated Procedure (Published Under The Win 00740-2024-0026), While Maintaining The Requirements For The Participants And The Technical Parameters Of The Contract.
