    Expression of Interest are invited for SFB Registration and Negotiation Stages of Environmental Reserve Quotas (CRA). Publication Date: 08/20/2025 12:00 AM EDT EOI Deadline: 09/03/2025 11:59 PM EDT Description: Hiring of a specialized consultancy company (individually or in a consortium) to conduct studies on structuring the registration and negotiation stages required for the operationalization of Environmental Reserve Quotas (CRAs) on commodity exchanges or in registration and financial settlement systems authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil. The service also includes technical assistance to the Brazilian Forest Service (SFB) team to support the implementation and improvement of these mechanisms. The consultancy (or consortium of consultancy firms) must carry out analyses with a focus on the financial and capital markets, the legal field and information technology systems, to propose solutions to the SFB for the operationalization of the CRA, paying attention to aspects related to registration, transparent reporting of the risks associated with the issuance of securities traded in the Brazilian financial and capital markets, pricing and marketing of securities, as well as the integration of data with financial systems and SICAR.
