    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Pilot Service, Concept Development, Implementation And Evaluation Of 80 Show Lessons In Primary Schools. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 3 To Swz /Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract3. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are In Annex 2 To Swz.4. Instructions For The Contractor Can Be Found On The Platform At: Https: //Slaskie.Ezamawycy.Pl/Servlet/Homeservlet? Mp_Module = Main & Mp_Action = Publicfilfilistlist & Clientname = Slaskie & User_Menu_Hover = Publicfileist 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Show Lessons In Schools The Basic, Which Are Objects Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Pursuant To The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 1411). 6. Show Lessons Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Principle Of Equal Opportunities For Women And Men And Non -Discrimination Of People With Disabilities. 7. In A Situation Where Participants Of Demonstration Lessons Are People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities, The Contractor Will Always Provide Appropriate Conditions, Enabling Them To Participate In Classes. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer Folder Electronic Version: In The Word Edition Files Format (Doc./ Docx. Or Xls) And Pdf, Available For People With Disabilities, In Accordance With The Wcag 2.1 Standard At Aa Level, For Publication For Publication On Websites.9. The Said Order Is Co -Financed By The European Union From The Funds Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Charges, As Part Of The Project Entitled Building A System Of Coordination And Monitoring Of Regional Activities For Vocational Education, Higher Education And Lifelong Learning, Including Adult Learning (Investment A3.1.1).
