Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Fiber Optic Route In The Wilkołaz-Downwood Relationship, Including The Performance Of The Necessary Teletechnical Infrastructure And The Installation And Launch Of Fiber Optic Telecommunications Cable

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of An Additional Fiber Optic Route Connecting The Existing Fiber Optic Infrastructure Of The Broadband Network Of Eastern Poland - Lublin Province (Sspw -Wl) Of The Lublin Area (Area H) With Kraśnica Area (Area F) In The Wilkolis (Krk/Wil/Dn Distribution Node) Or/Sob/Dn), Including The Performance Of The Necessary Teletechnical Infrastructure Together With The Installation And Start Of Fiber Optic Telecommunications Cable. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Execution Of Excavations For Cable Sewage System2) Construction Of The Primary Cable Sewage System Of Pipes Made Of Plastic In A Mechanically Made In The Cat. I-Ii3) Installation Of Cable Wells4) Mechanical Pull In The Micro-Walled Micro-Walled Bundles In The Original Sewage System5) Installation Of The Fiber Cable Method. Wrestling6) Assembly Of Fiber Optic Muff And Optical Switches7) Conducting Reflectometric Measurements And Optical Power8) Restoration Of The Area To Its Original State After Completing Work. 3. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specification (Stwiorb) Developed By Proj-Otel-Bud. These Documents Are An Integral Part Of This Opz, They Fully Describe The Scope Of The Order And Constitute Attachments To The Tender Documentation. 4. Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Will Be Exercised By A Designer Who Has Developed Project Documentation. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate Closely With The Designer In The Field Of Authors Supervision. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Works In Accordance With The Project Documentation, And All Design Changes Require The Prior Consent Of The Employer And The Designer. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee Of Quality For Performed Works And Supplied Devices And Materials. The Minimum Warranty Period May Not Be Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Detailed Conditions Of The Warranty And Procedures For Reporting And Removing Defects Are Regulated By The Provisions Of § 9 Of The Contract; 8. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 3 To Swz And In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz (Hereinafter - Opz).
