Part 1 - Reconstruction And Renovation Of Internal Roads In Zarzecze The Task Will Consist In The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Two Internal Roads In Zarzecze, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The Internal Road, Plot No. 1963 In Zarzecze - Applies To A Section With A Total Length Of About 162 M. The Documentation Includes: Issues Of Works, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Illustrative Maps. All Elements Of The Documentation Should Be Considered Together And Their Content Should Be Treated As Complementary. For The Reconstructed Road Sections, The Employer Made A Notification Of Construction Works To The Jasielski Staroste And Obtained A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection As To The Implementation Of Construction Works. Where In Opz Or Other Documentation, Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Materials Or Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Allows The Offering Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Described, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Founded In Opz And Documentation, And - In The Event Of Indications Of The Origin Of Materials Or Solutions - They Correspond To The Criteria Indicated Each Time By The Contracting Authority To Assess Equivalence.
