1. Subject Of The Contract. Konopnicka 6 In Ełk. The Investor Is The Commune Of The City Of Ełk Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 2, 19-300 Ełk.1.1. Order Scope: This Investment Task Includes The Construction Of: A) Nn 0.4 Kv Cable Connections From The Existing Lighting Column At Ul. Konopnicka For The Designed Lighting Poles Of The Square In Front Of The Church Building, B) 2 Columns With Luminaires For Lighting The Square, C) 5 Posts With Luminaires For Lighting- Illumination Of The Church Building, D) Cleaning The Area After The Construction Of Construction Works, E) Performing As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies, Including:- Statement Of The Construction Manager And Work Managers,- Inventory Of Work Networks. Protocols From Electrical Tests And Measurements,- Approvals And Certificates Of Built-In Materials. Constantly With The Permission Of The Monument Conservator, Construction Works Will Take Place Under Archaeological Supervision. The Contractor Should Ensure Archaeological Supervision On Its Own In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Permission Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.1.2. As Part Of The Price Offered, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) To Get On The Living Media (I.E. Electricity, Water) For The Duration Of Construction Works, B) Obtain The Current Geodetic Map Showing The Actual State Of Armament Of The Area Due To Possible Built -In Underground Devices Not Given On The Attached Maps, C) Keep And Protect Against Damage To Geodetic Points, In Case Of Damage Or Collision, Reproduce In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions, D) Participate In The Warranty Reviews Of The Object Convened At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period - 2 Reviews Should Be Adopted Per Year. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Project Construction Of An Electricity Cable Connection Nn O, 4 Kv And Lighting Of The Square In Front Of The Church Building At 6 Konopnicka Street In Ełk. The Order Should Analyze The Attached Documents And Prepare A Price Offer Based On Its Own Analysis, Because - The Contract Is A Flat Rate, I.E. Its Price Does Not Change In The Implementation Of The Implementation. The Price Of The Offer Includes All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Task And The Implementation Of As -Built Documentation Resulting From The Order.
