    Work Detail

    1. The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: 1.1. Reconstruction Of The Main Entrance To The Building To Build A Ramp 2.1. Reconstruction Of The Main Entrance To The Building To Build A Ramp For People With Special Needs; 2.2. Floor Replacement, Window And Door Joinery Replacement; 2.3. Division And Arrangement Of Existing Rooms To Adapt Them To The Requirements Of The Nursery; 2.4. Replacement Of Existing Heating, Water Supply, Sanitary, Electrical, Teletechnical And Lighting Sewage Systems; 2.5. Works In The Development Of The Area Adjacent To The Designed Nursery In The Scope Of Making A New Pavement Pavement From Paving Stones, New Parking Spaces, And Terrain Fence; 2.6. Obtaining An Occupancy Permit In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418). The Detailed Material Scope And The Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By This Specification Of The Conditioning Together With The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz And: 2.1. Annex 8A To Swz - Construction Project - Electrical Industry, 2.2. Annex 8B To Swz - Architectural And Construction Design, 2.3. Annex 8C To Swz - Construction Project - Sanitary Industry, 2.4. Annex No. 8D To Swz - Land Development Project And Stwiorb3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Minimum Of 36 Months Of Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - See Offers For Evaluation Of Offers. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Entrepreneurs Liability Insurance Of The Entrepreneur In The Entire Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works For Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract For At Least Pln 2,000,000 (In Words: Two Million Zlotys).
