The Contracting Authority Expects The Contractor To Apply The Unit Price For The Gas Fuel Supplied In Accordance With The Regulations Contained In The Act Of 26 January 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, With A Total Volume Of 758 267.70 Kwh. 3. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Is Determined On The Basis Of Gas Consumption And Are Only Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Offers And Select The Best Offer. The Actual Demand For Gas Fuel For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, In Particular Due To The Weather Conditions Difficult To Predict, May Differ From The Forecast. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Purchased Gas Fuel By +/- 10% In Relation To The Number Of Forecasted. 4. The Employer Shall Make Payment According To The Prices Specified In The Offer For Actually Provided Amounts Of Gas Fuel. 5. Delivered Gas Fuel With Cn Code 2711 21 00 - Natural Gas In Gas For Heating Purposes, Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Acts In Particular Specified In § 38 (1) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 2 July 2010 On Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System. 6.
