1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Building Of The Łącko Commune Office Consisting In The Thermo -Modernization Of The Building Together With The Renovation Of The Roof Covering, On The Principles Set Out In Swz. The Order Consists In Making Insulation Of External Walls Of The Building With Polystyrene Gr. 5 Cm With A Facade Expedition And Replacement Of The Roof Covering For Covering With A Metal Roof Tile, As Well As Performing Accompanying Works. Meaning Includes The Following Works:- Disassembly And Re-Assembly Of All Elements On The Facade, I.E. Technical Equipment, Gas/ Electric Boxes, Etc., Technical Equipment On The Roof And All Necessary Things Necessary To Perform The Modernization Of The Facade And Covering; - Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building With Polystyrene With A Facade Expedition; - Warming Of The Frames With Foamed Polystyrene; - Replacement Of Gutters And Drain Pipes, - Replacement Of Window Sills; - Replacement Of Roof Window Joinery And Replacement Of The Entrance Door;- Renovation Of The Roofing (Replacement Of The Existing Roofing Sheet Covering For Sheet Metal For Anthracite Seams);- Replacement Of Existing Flashings;- Dismantling And Making A New Lightning Protection System;- Lining The Existing Chimneys With Sheet Metal;- Insulation Styrofoam And A Cement Screed On It; - Insulation Of Roof Rafters In An Unheated Part Of The Attic With Polyurethane Foam To The Thickness Of The Rafter Along With The Installation Of Gk Plates After Insulation. 2. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, And Therefore, During The Works Carried Out, Access And Access To The Building Should Be Ensured, Limiting To The Necessary Minimum Nuisance Caused By Construction Works. Demolition Materials Should Be Classified As Debris Or Material Suitable For Reusable.
