Tenders Are Invited For Energy Modernization Of The Headquarters Of The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune Culture Center Co -Financed By The National Funds Plan To Reconstruct And Increase Immunity.

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Installation And Construction Works Of Thermomodernization Of The Public Cultural Center In The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune At 9 Spółdzielcza Street, As Part Of The Project Entitled Energy Modernization Of The Main Registered Office Of The Culture Of The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune Co-Financed By The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing The Resistance Of Investments B1.1.4 Strengthening The Energy Efficiency Of The Facilities Local Social Activity. The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1. Renovation Of A Heat Source Based On Newly Designed Gas Absorption Heat Pumps And Condensing Boilers. 1.2. Reconstruction And Extension Of The Gas Installation Supplying Newly Designed Heat Pumps And Condensing Boilers. 1.3. Renovation Of Central Heating Installation, Technological Heat And Hot Utility Water. 1.4. Renovation Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations. 1.5. Execution Of A Solar Installation And Replacement Of Electrical Installations. The Investment Price Is To Achieve A Reduction In Primary Energy Consumption In The Building Of The Cultural Center By At Least 30%, Reduction Of Gas Emissions And Air Pollution. Note: The Contractor Will Submit To The Contracting Authority Within 14 Days, Counting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Offer Cost Estimate And A Material-Financial Schedule, Which Will Apply To All Works Covered By The Subject Agreements. The Offer And Schedule Will Perform The Contractor With At Least The Conditions For The Works Of Specific Intakents For The Tender Proceedings. The Offer Cost Estimate And Schedule Will Be Consistent With Each Other, As Well As With Methodology, Measurement Units And The Names Of Works Appearing In The Project Documentation. The Cost Estimate Should Be Made. On The Title Page, The Unit Price Of Labor, Bedspreads And A Summary Should Be Provided. The Cost Estimate Is A Document That Will Be Used To Determine The Due Remuneration Of The Contractor In The Cases Specified In The Contract, Is An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Affect The Type Of Remuneration (Flat -Rate Remuneration). 2.
