Works In The Field Of Road Preparation For Construction:- Measurement Works- Road Route In Plain Area- Current Measurements;- Mechanical Cutting Of The Roadside. 10 Cm With A Department Up To 5 Km; B) Works In The Existing Road Surface:- Mechanical Purification Of Bituminous Surface;- Sprinkling The Old Surface With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.7 Kg/M2;- Asphalt Surface Of The Ac11s Grup. 5 Cm; C) Works In The Field Of Road Surface And Roadside:- Manual Planting And Compaction Of The Earth Roadside Along With Its Delivery And Complement Of The Earth; 2) Renovation Of The Surface Around The Market- A Fragment Of The Western And Southern Plac Wolności In Janowiec Wielkopolski- 800 M2, I.E.: A) Works In The Preparation Of The Area For Construction:- Planting Asphalt Surface Of 5 Cm Consider According To The Contractors Statement 800.00 M2; B) Works In The Field Of Renovation Of The Surface Of The Market Roadway:- Mechanical Purification Of Bituminous Surfaces- M2 800.00;- Sprinkling The Cleaned Surface With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 Kg/M2;- Asphalt Surface Of The Ac11s Thick. 5 Cm.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Documents Below: 1) Annex 1 To Swz- Project Documentation Renovation Of The Internal Municipal Road In Juncewo L = 800.00; 2) Annex 1A To Swz- Fig. 1 Juncewo Landmarks; 3) Annex No. 1 B To Swz- Fig. 2 Normal Section Juncewo4) Annex No. 2A To Swz- Limidies- 5) Annex No. 2B To Swz- Malicine Of The Works- 6) Annex 3A To Sw 3.1 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. 3.2 The Ordering Party Requires That Before Commencing The Contract, The Contractor Provides Names, Contact Details And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In The Order, If They Are Already Known. 3.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Employer Of Any Changes In Relation To The Information Referred To In Point 3, During The Implementation Of The Order, And Also Provide The Required Information About New Subcontractors, To Whom He Intends To Entrust The Order At A Later Time. 4.
