1. The Subject Of The Contract Consists In Completing The Construction Works Entitled Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In Pomiłowo And Sławsko, Sławno Commune And Was Divided Into Two Tasks:  Task I. Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And A Discharge Sewage System With A Sewage Pumping Station In Pomiłowo,  Task Ii. Expansion Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In The Town Of Sławsko, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Executive Ordinances. 2. Task I. Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Discharge Sewage System With Sewage Pumping Station In Pomiłowo. 2.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Construction And Executive Design Attached To Sw C) Annexes To The Construction Project. D) Documentation Of Soil Substrate Tests. E) Technical Design. F) Executive Design. Control And Measuring Apparatus And Automation Of Ps2g Sewage Pumping Station) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 2.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Gravitational Sanitary Sewage: A) Variable And Preparatory Works; B) Mounting Works; 2) Discharge Sanitary Sewage With Sewage Pumping Station.A) Earthworks; B) Assembly Works; C) Landing Of The Ps2 Sewage Pumping Station; 3) Reproductive Works: A) Reproductive Works - Municipal Plots And Roads; B) Replacement Works - Poviat Road; 4) As Part Of The Work, 53 Pieces Of Sanitary Sewage Connections Should Be Made. 3. Task Ii. Expansion Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Sławsko.3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In The Construction And Executive Design Documentation Attached To Sw C) Agreement.D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. E) Health And Health Protection Information 3.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Sławsko, Commune Sławno: A) Water Supply Network With Connections From Point W1 To Point W2;  Earthworks;  Assembly Works. B) Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections From Point S4 To The Switching Point To The Modernized Well Of The Existing S8 Connection;  Earthworks;  Assembly Works.C) Tv Inspection Of Sanitary Sewage Network. D) As Part Of The Work, 13 Pieces Of Sanitary Sewage Connections And 13 Units Of The Water Supply Network Should Be Made. 4. A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation: 1) Construction And Executive Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And Material -Financial Statements (Annex 8 To The Contract). They Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of Works By The Contractor. The Basis For The Valuation Should Be Considered A Construction And Executive Project, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Accept
