1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Marked With The Title: Part I - Photovoltaic Installation. 2. The Scope Of Works Of Parts I Includes The Design And Installation Of The On Grid Solar Installation, In Accordance With The Energy Audit, Including: 1) Assembly Of The Structure On The Roof Of The Building - Elements Made Of Aluminum And Stainless Steel; 2) Supplementing The Roofing And Facade At The Construction Site; 3) Installation Of Panels In The Class Of Non -Reality; 4) Assembly; 4) Inverter; 5) Configuration And Monitoring. Installation Of Circuits And Connections To The Inverter; 6) Measurement Of The Installation; 7) Drawing Up A Receipt Report Performed; 8) Submitting Documentation To The Power Plant; 9) Notification Of The Installation To The State Fire Service. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Determined By The Attached Technical Documentation, Including The Issues Of Works. The Contractor Bears Full And Total Liability For Correctly Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract From The Moment The Contract Is Signed To The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Perform And At His Own Expense And Will Also Provide: A) Temporary Traffic Organization, The Method Of Performing Works At Height (Scaffolding Lift, Platforms On The Roof), Will Provide The Construction Manager With Appropriate Permissions And Other Necessary Staff For The Proper Implementation Of The Task; B) Will Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expertise Needed For The Correct Implementation Of The Task. 7. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Building Art Principles, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining High Quality Of Materials Used And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure For Its Planned Purpose. The Contractor Will Ensure Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, As Part Of The Flat -Rate Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects And Defects That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
