    3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving Maintenance And Maintenance Of Roads In The Wałcz Forest District. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annexes 10 And 11 To Swz: (1) An Offer Cost Estimate; (2) The Bill Of Quantities. The Mode Of Works May Not Constitute The Exclusive Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Number Of Works Ordered To Perform During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract May Be Less Than The Quantity Presented In The Preface Of The Works And The Offer Cost Estimate, Which, However, Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor In Relation To The Contracting Authority Regardless Of Their Legal Basis. The Employer May Order During The Implementation Of The Contract The Scope Of The Work Smaller Than The Offer Indicated In The Preface And The Offer Cost Estimate, However, Not Less Than The Equivalent Of 70 % Of The Remuneration.
